Exhibitor Presentations
Martin Group will offer exhibitors the opportunity to present their products and services to interested conference attendees during the Monday Evening Tradeshow & Reception. Presenting exhibitors will each have 30 minutes to conduct live demonstrations of their products, speak to attendees about their services, and promote their company. Door Prizes
We encourage you to offer door prizes to be raffled off at the tradeshow. As attendees enter the exhibit area, they will be given a ‘ticket’ listing all exhibiting companies. In order to be eligible for door prize drawings, attendees must obtain signatures from at least half of the companies exhibiting. A microphone will be available so you may announce your drawing winners. Martin Group will provide four prizes in the $100-$200 range. Please let Courtney Petersen, Conference Coordinator, know if you plan to participate.
Exhibit Space Assignment
To guarantee the best opportunity for one of your preferred locations, your completed exhibitor application must be received. Space will not be assigned to a company that has not submitted its exhibitor application. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
