Company Description: Please provide a 50-word company description. This will be used in the conference program (this field is limited to 500 characters).
Company Logo: Please upload a high-resolution logo (at least 300dpi) in eps, tiff, jpg, png, or zip format for the conference materials. The maximum file size is 2 Mb; you may combine multiple files into a zip file.
 

Please Note:

Your company description and logo must be submitted at the time of registration in order to be included on the List of Exhibitors. Deadline to be included in the conference brochure is April 15, 2008. Deadline to be included in the conference program is July 15, 2008.


Booth Space
All booth spaces are 8'x10'. The early bird rate is $800 through April 4, 2008. After April 4, the price increases to $900. Deadline for booth registration is May 2, 2008. Please select the top three booth locations of your choice. Click here to view the floor plan.

Three (3) booth personnel badges are included in your exhibit fee. Click here to register your booth personnel.


Tradeshow Door Prize
We encourage you to offer door prizes to be raffled off at the tradeshow. As attendees enter the exhibit area, they will be given a ‘ticket’ listing all exhibiting companies. In order to be eligible for door prize drawings, attendees must obtain signatures from at least half of the companies exhibiting. A microphone will be available so you may announce your drawing winners. Martin Group will provide four prizes in the $100-$200 range. If you would like to participate, please list your door prize:

Payment Information
Payment in full is due within 30 days of registration. All cancellations must be received in writing (fax or email). For a full refund, please notify the Conference Coordinator by May 2, 2008. No refunds will be issued thereafter.

   Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard Only) - After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation screen and confirmation email. Both will contain space for you to print, complete and fax your credit card information to: 605-995-2577.
