Speaking provides you with a platform from which to address Communications Executives, General Managers, Department Managers, Engineers, IT Managers and Staff, Technical Staff, Regulatory Specialists, and Settlement Specialists. We fully understand how busy your schedules are and truly appreciate your time and effort to prepare and deliver high-caliber, professional presentations to our conference attendees. Below you will find speaker registration information, as well as presentation requirements and deadlines.
Speaker Registration
As a speaker and/or panelist, you need to register for the conference for name badge purposes and to obtain an accurate headcount.
Click here to register online. Your registration fee will be waived. When arriving at the conference, please be sure to check-in and pick up your badge and "speaker" ribbon.
Presentation Requirements and Deadlines
Speakers may use their own company PowerPoint template. Please place your biography and/or contact information on the 2nd slide so attendees can reference the information later. All handout material, including your PowerPoint presentation will be reviewed for proper formatting as well as to ensure that no presentations are an obvious sales pitch. We will add a Technology Conference logo/graphic to the title slide. Martin Group will print PowerPoint presentations in the Notes (3-up) format for attendees. Your materials are due by June 27, 2008. Please email your presentations to
events@martin-group.com. If the file size of your presentation exceeds 5MB, please upload it to our FTP site. For FTP site instructions, please email

For your convenience, Martin Group will have all presentations loaded onto laptops for use at the conference. An LCD projector, screen, lapel microphone, and handheld microphone will be present in each conference room.
