Feasibility Studies
Martin Group consultants have extensive experience working with Local Exchange Carriers (LECs), as well as companies not previously in the LEC business, who want to establish a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) enterprise. We will help you by preparing a CLEC Feasibility Study that provides a pro forma business plan (income statement, cash flow statement and a trial balance worksheet). The study considers the investment, revenue, regulatory, operations and expense issues that are typically encountered in the operation of a CLEC. Generally, our clients use the CLEC study that Martin Group prepares to help them acquire financing for their project.
