The Activation module automatically updates switches and other peripherals directly from the service order with all pertinent customer, plant, equipment, and service order information. When the Activation module identifies new data, it automatically generates the switch commands to implement the change and communicates those commands to the appropriate switch.

Flexible engineering design and assignment is the cornerstone of the Facilities Management module. The Facilities Management module is an integrated plant solution capable of supporting both network design and assignment engineering tasks. It is easy to use with a Graphical User Interface (GUI) Windows™ environment that can be customized for specific personnel to incorporate unlimited user-defined fields. By integrating the Microsoft™ SQL Database to a telecom enhanced version of AutoCAD, Martin Group's Facilities Management solution increases accuracy and consolidates information tracked across multiple data repositories from the central office to the customer location on through to the mapping layer.

For easy trouble ticketing, technicians can use trace routing to look for patterns, review history, and identify components for dispatch in viewable end-to-end snapshots of the network architecture.
